BitByte Labs LLC builds and runs its own products. We keep them separate, so each one stays simple and improves on its own schedule.

Why we build these
A lot of service businesses still run the front desk from a paper list and a group chat. Customers wait without knowing how long, and staff lose track of who's next. Waity gives that desk one board everyone can see. ByteBoard came from the same problem on our side: we wanted stories, releases, and specs in one place instead of spread across several tools.

What each product does
Waity handles waitlists, appointments, and visits for restaurants, salons, clinics, and service shops. ByteBoard tracks stories, epics, releases, and the docs that go with them. We built ByteBoard to ship Waity, and we plan to offer it to other teams later.

Why they stay separate
BitByte Labs is the company behind both brands. Keeping the products distinct means customers know what they're paying for, and we can change one without breaking the other.
